Tabatinga would love to host your next birthday party - we offer great party menus and packages suited for all ages and budgets. Minimum numbers for a party package is 8 children (including the birthday child).
General Tips For Tabatinga Birthday Parties
Booking Your Party
- Bookings can be made in person, by phone or email.
- Please book as early as possible to ensure that you get your preferred date and time.
- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm a booking. Cash, Mastercard, Visa and telephone deposits are accepted. A receipt for your deposit will be provided.
- The deposit is non-refundable, however we will endeavour to re-schedule your party for an alternative date if this is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Confirming Your Booking
- Confirmation of the number of guests and other requirements such as adult platters must be confirmed at the latest 24 hours prior to the party date. You will be charged based on confirmed details.
- Only one child will be admitted per invitation. Uninvited siblings who arrive will be charged normal entry fee for use of attractions.
The Party Day
- Please arrive early to greet your guests.
- Your table will be marked for easy identification.
- Party guests will receive an identification arm band at reception.
- You may run a tab during your stay. All accounts must be settled prior to leaving the venue.
- You may stay in the venue after the allotted party time but you may be required to vacate the party table.
- DO IT YOURSELF (DIY) parties are not hosted therefore adequate parental supervision is necessary - at least 1 parent/guardian per 4 children is required.
- For hosted parties your host will discuss the party format with you prior to the commencement of the party time. A minimum of 1 parent/guardian per 8 children is required. Your party host will direct guests to the attractions according to your party package throughout the duration of the party.
General Information
- Please discuss any food allergies or special needs when booking your party.
- You may bring your own cake at no cost if a platter or pack party is booked. A $6 cakeage fee will be charged if there is no party booking.
- Please remind all your guests to bring socks to wear on the play structure.
- No outside food is permitted.
- No blowers, confetti or pop out streamers please!

'Good Afternoon Kirsty, Brian & Team,
We would like to thank you for all your assistance in making our annual kids Christmas party a big success. It was really important for us to have a great celebration with the kids this year after the cancellation of the event last year. We definitely succeeded as our staff and their kids are already looking forward to the same amount of fun and sugar in 2010!
Tabatinga was the perfect venue. You have excellent facilities for both the kids and the parents and your team made the planning and organisation of it very easy indeed. On the day the girls were fantastic with all the guests and made us all very welcome and us party planners very relaxed. It goes without saying that Santa was a huge success (for most!).
Look forward to being in touch for more events in 2010.
