Our Team
Tabatinga – Tweed Heads OOSH employs a professional team of appropriately qualified, trained, experienced and caring employees who are highly motivated and supported.
Our promise to you is to build and improve our OOSH Programs to enrich the lives of your children. We will continue to provide our staff with ongoing professional training and studies.
Your Child’s Health & Safety
Our team are there to provide your children with a safe, happy and caring place to be. To ensure children’s safety, Tabatinga Tweed Heads OOSH is run at times when the Play Centre is closed to the general public.
Our team members have Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), Child Protection Awareness Training, First Aid Officer Training and Anaphylaxis & Asthma Awareness Training.
Tabatinga OOSH provide a healthy breakfast and afternoon tea every day at most programs. Healthy, fresh and nutritious. We are a nut free environment.
Tabatinga OOSH has been rated ‘EXCEEDING National Quality Standard’ under the National Quality Framework.
The National Quality Standard (NQS) sets a national benchmark for the quality of children’s education and care services across Australia.
Services are assessed against the NQS by the state or territory regulatory authority and receive a rating for each of the seven quality areas of the NQS, as well as an overall rating.

BEFORE SCHOOL CARE (BSC)
- Permanent Booking – $26.00 per day ($2.60 per day with 90% CCS Rebate Applied)
- Casual Booking – $30.00 per day ($3.00 per day with 90% CCS Rebate Applied)
- Extra Activities – $31.00 per day (optional) – Term Booking
- All Inclusive BSC Package – $37.50 per day (optional) – Includes a Tabatinga canteen menu
AFTER SCHOOL CARE (ASC)
- Permanent Booking – $35.00 per day ($3.50 per day with 90% CCS Rebate Applied)
- Casual Booking – $45.00 per day ($4.50 per day with 90% CCS Rebate Applied)
- Extra Activities – $35 to $70 per day (optional) – Term Booking (Activities may include Martial Arts, Surfing, Cooking Classes, Swim Lessons, Spring Loaded etc)
- All Inclusive ASC Package – $60.00 per day (optional) – Includes any activity plus accessories (includes, however not limited to Martial Arts Uniform, Swim Cap, Swim Goggles, Swimmers)
- Multi Day Booking Discount (optional) – Book for 3 days or more and receive a discounted rate of $50 for any activity Monday – Friday – *conditions apply
VACATION CARE (VC) / PUPIL FREE DAY (PFD)
- $80 per day (Plus Excursion/Incursion Cost) – (from $8.00 per day with 90% CCS Rebate Applied)
- $70 per day Early Bird Pricing – (book before the school holidays commence)
- $25 to $60 per day (Excursion/Incursion costs, depending on the activity)
- All Inclusive VC Package $165.00 per day – Includes all Excursions/Incursions, Tabatinga Hi Vis Safari Shirt, Hat, Drink Bottle & Tabatinga canteen menu
MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES
- Tabatinga Vacation Care Shirt – $35 (compulsory)
- Tabatinga Hat – $25

- Tabatinga Bottled Water – $3.50
- Swim Goggles & Cap – $20
- Swim Cap (ONLY) – $10
- Swim Goggles (ONLY) – $15
- Non Communication Fee – $10
- Late Collection Fee (first 15 mins) – $25
- Late Collection Fee (every 15 mins after the first 15 mins) – $20
iPAY/EFTPOS FEES
- Bank Account – $0.75 per transaction
- Visa/Mastercard/Eftpos – 1.56% (calculated on transaction value) + $0.75
- Failed Transaction – $2.75 per transaction
- Refund – $2.75 per transaction
- Claim Chargeback – $50
- AMEX – Not Accepted
LATE PAYMENT FEES
Failed Transaction Fee (Tabatinga Administration Fee) – $25 per week charged after 2 Direct Debit fails.
If no payment is received in 5 weeks:
- Your enrolment information (personal information) will be handed to a Debt Collection Agency. A debt collection fee of up to 30% +GST of the amount, will be added to the amount owed.
